I've played this person many times... and usually lose to him. But all I remember if a lot of cartwheels and low sweeps.

I played FalkemUpper. I'm pretty sure he's the guy who played a pretty annoying Pai who did TONS of Bokutai moves and lots of range stuff. Then whenever I would figure him out and win in three straight, he would quit.

Good Games to Tony Familia. Dude, I don't think I can play vs. your or Shinn Aira's Brad. I never know when I can attack, then I get countered. Then I just stand and block and get thrown. I should print a movelist and practice for hours with Brad to learn the different shoo shoo properties and stuff, but realistically, that won't happen. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

Good games to Subbers, Shun is drunk, ThrFin, BorisofWales, and BadSeed.

Bad Games to Nameless1. Hopping out of the back of the ring? I know my Jeff is frightening to you but come on...

ThaNameless1 hopped out of the ring...? probaly because of lag or something. hes a very skilled player who doesnt usually do that kind of thing.

Yeah, I was thinking: Dammit!! SOMEONE'S getting demoted or promoted SOMETIME tonight. It's like we couldn't get an edge on each other. I don't know how many near-demotion matches I had to deal with. Yeah...I was spamming the PPP/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gifK a lot. Too bad we couldn't save that whole session huh?

Frickin' parts of the advice 'Familia gave me when him and me went at it was saving my life in key situations. Thanks 'Familia.

Oh yeah, welcome back Happy Friend...even though we haven't hooked it up in about a year :p

GGS to CF White Worm and Falkem Upper. Yeah Falkem Upper's Pai can be a bit hard to deal with...lol I played against him using my scrubby Akira so that may have played a role in it.

Panther, I'm glad that my advice helped you. Let's talk some more strats soon.
Wasted Wish, please don't tell your bro to spam DMP+K against me or I will never win /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif Seriously, Social Ruin, don't hesitate using all of your tricks and tactics, yeah they can be annoying but you already know that if I get too annoyed I'll just stop playing for a bit but I'll be back. It's not about winning or losing bc I could be winning and I'll still be annoyed by what's going on in the match. I really need to stop getting frustrated at all those online specials though, for real.
FalkemUpper is a decent Pai player, he's another one of those "Code of Conduct" guys. What the hell is that about anyway?

    GGs to the following players...

UKDiddy, fun games, too bad you had to leave so fast. Let's play again soon.

Plague, good playing and chatting with you. So funny when I would get abare and you would shut it down with your abare and then when you would get abare I would shut it down with my abare. Evades? Throws? What are those? /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif Actually your throw game was killing me. I reeeeally need to start applying ETEG.

Kaminari and DaBadSeed, fun sparring sessions. Let's play again soon.

Shaka Zulu, yeah that was a great session. You had me like 3 to 1 last night, like I told you on xbl, your Blaze has leveled up.

HappyFriend, good to see you back. It's cool, I'd rather play you with my Lau anyway. I think one of the best ways to test my Lau is to fight a Lau pro like yourself. It's not the same for us Brad players though, I have a really hard time fighting Brad too, so trust me, I understand XD
About TheNameless1, he seems to have either a)an ego problem or b)a huge chip on his shoulder.
I really don't understand why people even bother playing these games if losing means so much to them. Helloooooo, you're not always going to win and you're not always going to lose to just "the best of the best". The worst are the people that when they lose to you they come up with every excuse in the book but when they lose to Adam or Yosuke it's like "oh yeah, well it's alright that I lost to THEM" Hahahaa, some people really need to realize that this is a game, there IS luck involved. Even if you play a perfect game, if your opponent guesses right every time and counters everything that you do, you WILL lose.
You lost, you lost. Come back and play another day. A lot of times it's just a roll of the dice. You can try to outhink and read your opponent but if he switches up and you evaded when you should've blocked, that could cost you the match. What's the point in putting so much weight into a video game match, specially when it's online? Seriously.

Social Ruin, it's cool. I enjoyed our lil session and I am really seeing the improvement in you Lei. Lei is still my weakest character but playing you is helping me to understand him a little better. Tell your bro to stop slacking and get back online before you pass him /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Dennis, thanks for playing me with Shun, I really needed the practice. I can tell that you're still learning with him but you were still racking up drinks like crazy, I really had to play drink management against you. It's like you were trying to reach 40dp at one point, lol.

FadedFilm, TitanTony and Mne, a Goh player from Japan.

That's the guy, I couldn't get around his style at all. Players that back up and back up, I just can't beat... I'm going through a baaad phase where people will do things I (Goh) have no answer for. Jorjo's Jacky will just eat me alive and I can't quite stay in range for more than a move or two. Goh is so bad at mid range Jacky will just toast him. Poor Goh.

LOL yeah FalkemUpper kept on backing up with Pai's backward flip kicks so I decided do the same with Akira and crouch dash back and forced him to come to me. Whenever he did, he'd get a double palm to the face. Just try to do the same thing back to them etc....it's all fair game. If they turtle, you do it back. Jorjo's Jacky is tough but I can hold my own against him....however it was a bit laggy though so maybe that was the reason why lol.

I played him a long time ago I don't really recall how he played back then they one thing is certain. The matches were fun, I used to play more like him before but I changed my game around since then thanks to SMB and the one set I had with him. The ranged pai character can be a pain especially if they are patient enough to wait you out and do the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif after you stop attacking.

Any way good games to mana knight 08, good pai you just have to be more aggressive with her and mix things up better. E Lavezzi you have a fun and tricky Kage and I never knew he had a move that could negate recovery kicks until you used it on me, I thought he only had counters versus high and mid punches. THRfin I had no idea you played shun as well as you did, I played many shuns before so your tricks didn't bother me too much I just how you learn all of the tricks you want to learn. Jorjo and Templario, you guys always beat me regardless of what I do and just when I think I got better you guys come along and put me in my place again one of these days I will figure you out.

I think I caught a bad case the yip fever as well I don't want it to go away the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/ /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif has been my best friend as of late instead of my quick jabs and high punches.

I have to thank you for the patience with my stupid Shun....
and sorry about the lag due to my gf's fucking internet....
Shun really kills me coz not only his moves but also how to reach the drinks as many as I can. I'll be at my place soon and we can have no lag match ASAP!!!

Btw, does anyone can tell me how to drink after each K.O.??
LA AKIRA told me to use 3p cancel but my Shun always do ground
attack on dead body. Any tip for that??

Just typed out a long post but it came off to egotistical.
    Cliff notes:
Faulkem upper is definitely good, one of the best pai's online, but not one of the best players online. The pai landscape is barren. You have faulkem upper, good, cozby good, lucky gt i am surely is beastly if he chooses to use pai, karate badboy=bad, and then randoms all in the average range. (note, if you don't see your name here its b/c i didn't think of you, not b/c i don't respect you)
    and thats about it.

Wow so much truth in one little post. Lightbulb moment, yep faulkem upper does almost all bokati attacks. which can be tricky to find a solid answer for, but once you do not much of a plan b....same thing i found, but he didnt quit against me, we played about an hour after i figured it out.

and too true on the brad, ditto for me.

Thanks bro /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif that means alot. I don't know when i'll be on again, but if you ever see me on be sure to hit me up, and we'll go more mirror matches.

I know you already know about most yip mix ups, yip double yip as you stated, yip throw, yip 2p throw, and yip 2p 23p floater, are all staples of the yip mix up game. Here is a realy good one that i haven't seen alot of people using that works well (not against scrubs b/c they never stop smashing, so with them yip 2p 23p floater is money) But try yip, 2p, 46p+k fully charged. it work much better then it sounds like it should. then follow up as you wish.

Don't forget about Kingo's Pai and his bounce combo crazy self. How a few more yip mixups I found effective as well, yip then 7K or 7K+G (knockback if they suspect the 2P is coming), yip then 2K+G (quick knockdown and an anti side step tactic as well), yip then 2P and 24K or rising P+K (staggers people that counter the potential 26P or 26 throw). I have been trying to land a buffered 26 throw after a yip kick without the jab in the middle but I am too slow to make it work without being hit out of it first.

you have to slide from 4 to 3 and press p, hope that makes sense, like walk forward and then slide your thumb or joystick to 3 and press p, practice that then input it quicker.

BTW, ggs to everyone i played on my buddies new xbox account--
Mippity. I went 25-0 with lei fei and raised him to 1st dan /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif too bad i can't talk my buddy in to getting into a fighting game.

You aren't as bad as you think you will do just fine with some experience. Like I said before good pai mirror matches.
