Aoi's evade is slightly odd, and i would say it would depend on the type of attack your evading, i've notice that my evade attack with Aoi misses...
you also have to note these C.P.U's in my opinion are just A.I. characters taken to the the extreme, they're pretty much like the ones we coach...
