In the Black Book section on Goh it says to look for 0-frame throws from back turned stance. Is this strategy only referring to the normal BT P+G throw or can you do command throws at 0-frame from back turned too???

If anyone knows I would love some advice...

It means you press /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif to turn around and then throw immediately. Mixing up with this and BT /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif is much stronger then using the BT catch throw (too slow).

Try to learn to (when you go BT) to press /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif and immediately buffer a 270 degree input, then /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif immediately as you turn around.
