Another term not in the glossary

Both blackbook combo and Techroll are not in the glossary. I know what blackbook is now but techroll is another term floating around without a definition in the glossary. Anyone care to explain for me please?

Ukemi is not in the glossary though it's definition can be found on the VF5 system page.
