Crouch dashing while backwards?

I've seen people with their backs turned crouch dash backwards towards the opponent. How is this possible? I can only move forward when my backs turned.

Oh, and I used the search button but couldn't find anything.

 

u have to do it immediately after youre back turned. U cant mess up on the CD at all either.
