Defensive Manuevers arg...

Hi, I am a newbie to this game. I am having problems with people sidestepping my attacks. What good circular attacks does Kage have that you use to hit those pesky players? /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif seems to be slow.

 

circular attacks are generally slower, if you start dishing them out as a counter attack your opponent would get to used to this and as they are easier to see you will run into another problem.

Try using fast attacks that dont leave you at a disadvantage so even if your opponent does sidestep you are still safe, keep some distance so you dont need to keep attacking all the time to stop your opponent throwing you, then with your opponent focusing more on when to sidestep you get more time to dash in and throw.

All about keeping your opponent guessing.

 

k+g is slow but it will catch someone trying to evade. I believe it also leaves the opp. sideturned wich is nice aswell.

Also, throw people who evade too much.

NO, don´t become a ppp scrub. ppp is -8 on block AND -8 on hit.

Seriously, k+g works just fine versus an evade. It´s slow but that doesn´t really matter in this situation. But yea it´s not a great move to pull out randomly.
