fallout new vegas mods

So, anybody recommend any mod/texture replacements/etc for this game? I beat it once and now playing again...would love to tinker with it a bit.

Although most of the issues have been addressed in a patch so far, I wouldn't mod the game in any way.
One, the game is fun enough without it.
Two, the game is at the moment too prone to crushing/corrupting game data when modded
