For those who don't have sticks.

I know that probably the majority of folks on here own at least an arcade stick or 2 but for those who don't or would simply like to purchase some new ones, Capcoms store is offering the SFIV-stock and SFIV tournie ed sticks in their store for cheaply.

I've ordered 2 and saved about $100 US compared to other sites.

Amazon also has them in stock for 4 cents more. It's possible that their shipping is quicker and that you could get a Visa discount (you can apply at the site) from Amazon as well.
