Forum rules

I've noticed that there is no thread/subforum that describes forum rules. With the continued rash of useless threads full of blatant trolling, useless posts and people generally being assholes to each other I think it would be a good idea to create some specific ground rules for respecting other people, topics that shouldn't be made like introductory threads, tekken vs. vf vs. doa vs. soul calibur etc. threads, bannable catchphrases, gimmick accounts, spamming, and such.
