Is it possible to mod a hori SCII with sanwa stick and buttons?

I'm not sure if anythings been posted about this but I did and search and came up with nothing. I was just wondering if its possible to put a sanwa stick and buttons into a hori SCII stick.

I already read from shoryuken.com that it is possible to fit a sanwa stick in but the hole needs to be widened. Anyone know anything about fitting buttons in?

I forget if the buttons are the same size, but if they are, you can follow that guide pretty well.
