Is VF4 in the Southeast U.S.?

Please someone say yes! I am in South Carolina and am willing to make a bit of a road trip to find a machine. Anyone know if one is anywhere around here? Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Florida panhandle, eastern Kentucky or Tennessee? Anything like that? Hell even Alabama or Mississippi? Thanks.

The game should be coming out sooner or later (if you see a CvS2 machine anywhere, that might be a sign that VF4 is now available somewhere, there, or somewhere else).

Hopefully there are some VFers around you who are making a scene to get this game to come out.
