Lau: strats and tatics for newbies, help.

Hi, could any of you help me out with the basics. quick Q & A...

- whats safe (good to use)
- good pokes?
- set ups for a juggle, or a throw.
- custom strings, and juggles that should be used.

"Use the Search, Luke". Or you could simply download some Lau videos... that's how I know f+PP and df+KPP are good pokes. For all your floaty goodness, a df+P+K superknife usually guarantees a df+PPPd+K combo, and a b,f+P palm flop gets you d+P,df+P,df+P+K.
