MAS stick w/ Japanese parts?

Will MAS make sticks using Japanese style sticks (square guide and "ball-and-stick" design) and buttons (convex)? If not, how easy would it be to replace/modify the stick portion of it? Also, do they have adapters for NGC and Xbox?

PS: Should I just go with a Hori T4 stick?

 

I know they can do the buttons. I don't know about the stick.
