Missing tricks and glitches from the vf2_codes.txt file

GodEater, I'm sure you can help. I was just looking through this text file and noticed at least a couple things missing, and for the life of me can't find anywhere on the internet. One is to make Jacky's bird carry you away, but the other, and my friend thinks I'm making this up, is where you can make Akira spaz out and convulse, then drop to the ground after the continue times out at 0.

I can't remember if I originally saw these in a Mook or found them online back in the infancy internet days. Have you ever seen what I'm referring to?
