Overlooked Jeffrey move

I noticed that Jeff has a move that does not seem to be on any of the movelists I have seen in English. The few Japanese ones I have looked at have tho.

b,f,f+p

If I remember correctly it hits mid and staggers or MC (don't remember which right now) It is also quicker than the b,f,f+p+k
