PAL help!!!

Do you guys know if the PAL version of VF4 Evo has the 10th anniversary mode? I just got this last week but can't find it...

Also, on ign, it says you can unlock a 'Battle Mode'...what exactly is that?

10th anniversary mode is only in US version, or can be purchase individually (japanese version only?). you can also get a copy if you buy VF5 with 10th anniversary disc.
