My manual is in asian so I don't know a damn thing.

What are the emblems for? What should I do with them?

When you go to the arcades why are stars next to some of the
game machines?

How long should you stay on a particular game machine?

Anybody have any other tips or questions?

You collect them when you beat someone. You can equip it as your own for extra flair.
