Resolution Problems?

    Yo, I'm playing this on a 1080p TV. The Title/Splash screen looks gorgeous, Hi Res and fills up the whole TV, but when the Menu comes in, I know get a smaller box in the middle with Black bars all around and a lower definition that doesn't look as good as any stream I've seen. It's just odd and I can't see a way to change this. Is this normal?
