This is the general message sent to people in the Round Robin Type 1 Format (Single Matches). Posting it here so people that just joined the Circuit get a general feel of how this type of event is run. The success of these events is through the participants being proactive. I will likely edit the text to flesh it out better.

1. Everyone in this conversation will be playing together in a round robin format tournament. Each person should received an email from challonge.com. Please check that email message which will allow each person to edit their results from the matches (click on the "?" in the challonge bracket)

2. 360 Version: Before the start of the tournament someone in this bracket please volunteer to make a room (all private slots) and send private invite to every one within the bracket.
- Press RB button
- Go to "Messages"
- "Create New"
- "Game Invite"
- "Enter Gamertag"
Remember to pause the timer to allow people to enter and set their matches up.

2. PS3 Version: Before the start of the tournament someone in this bracket please volunteer to make a room (all private slots) and send private invite to every one within the bracket.
- Press R1 button
- Press X button in the "To" Field
- Select "Enter Online ID" and Press X to edit (if person is in friend list, you can choose the other option).
- Press the "Send" Button on the screen to send invite to players
Remember to pause the timer to allow people to enter and set their matches up.

3. The order you guys will be playing is the same as listed in the challonge bracket. The player on top is 1P side while the player on bottom is 2P side. One match only. If everyone checks the order they are playing, it will make the event run much smoother.

I will be on VFDC to help coordinate the events (by shoutbox). I and/or a streamer may also ask for an invite to capture matches from the bracket.
