BOY has it been a while, huh?

"Vane" mains; how are you feeling about her in 2.0? Let's try to keep it more towards how she is now, what she can do, and how you are adjusting; less emphasis on things you want changed (OS 9K RIP).

Overall, she feels the same to me though, currently a bit less damage. I haven't properly adjusted and some of my braindead enders no longer work.

The facet I'm focusing on learning is all of her "new" stance transitions. I think that there's potential there. Pre 2.0, it felt like it was more of you changing your stance to adjust to your opponent to either take advantage or to be able to more comfortably handle the matchup. With the (re)added transitions; she is able to better mixup playstlyes, closer to a many other stance characters. Currently, I'm having a much easier time utilizing this against experienced players as they are more used to approaching her stances separately. If you keep the pressure up it's much more difficult for them to know which stance you're in. Less experienced players mostly press regardless so I find the effectiveness of being able to constantly switch to be negligible.

I can see it working in some niche combos but I've not tested yet.

    So, how are ya'll feeling?

OS to DS stance transition moves seem really bad, the one from 3k covering the other evade direction is ok? How often is 3k string used though ... DS to OS moves do have good uses as covering different options she couldn't before. Shoulder being +1 seems to the big buff to get you to stance transition more, both in utility and for combos.

Imo the stance transitions are at least decent for combos. Like [6][P][P][+][K][+][G] and [3][K][P][+][K][+][G] seem to be good after 9P, not necessarily more damage but using those seems to be really stable. Also [P][P][P][+][K][+][G] combos on sideturned which leaves you +6 in defensive stance on your opponents side, which seems pretty good.
