More specifically; how the hell do I use it?

My Japanese proficiency isn't high enough to understand all the kanji you have to navigate through on VF Terminal, so I'm kinda at a loss here.

I'm pretty sure the local arcade is just out of cards, since I put in 100 yen and it gave it right back, but at another arcade I tried navigating my way through and ended up wasting 100 yen.

I'd like a card so I can track my progress, and, inevitably, upload some matchvids.
