The first video shows the player constantly being challenged by another player. But the second guy NEVER plays a match.

The second video shows the first player accepting but the second player would always either time out or exit at the very last moment.

I'm asking because I ran into someone pulling the same stunt a few days ago. They would constantly challenge me but never actually go into a match. It almost seems like a bot with the way it can keep doing this almost endlessly. (although i wouldn't doubt the no-lifers out there pulling off this stunt too in real life.)

Most likely he was trolling you.
Or probably, you encountered a Dural bot, sent by J6 to pester you.
