What is the command for the classic Youhou?

Hi all. I've noticed in a couple online videos of VF5FS the classic Youhou. What I mean by classic Youhou, I mean that it has the same properties as the Youhou back in the VF2 days where when it connects, it flips the opponent around and makes them land on their stomach. I've provided below an example of where I saw it.
