I think it was skewed before. Jeff and Wolf all take significantly less damage. That 94 dmg combo from Pai? I'd be willing to bet it wouldn't work...
Take less damage from combos. All the light weights take more damage from just about everything. Jeff is unbalanced and a bit too weak, thought.
They all start with 236K+G, which seems to be really hard to land. Good stuff otherwise though.
Don't even attempt to qualify? He made a statement then gave, 2 or 3 depending on how you look at it, reasons that back it up in his opinion....
