I own both versions and consoles. Run them on same monitor. I see no difference whatsoever. I'm with Jide and Feck in this one.
What TV's did you use? Did you switch them to game-mode? etc etc. I expect lag to be caused by the TV much more propable than PS3 internal lag.....
