46P+K on heavies is 80 dmg, on Taka 79 as far as I know :) Or do you have better vs Taka that 46P+K 9P+K P 6PP? That is best I was abe to find..?

It was (and still is) possible only if you dodge that 2P with backdash. As far as I remember 2P was -4 on block in Evo and is -5 now.
And how it works vice versa? I always tought that like this, I can avoid 1-frame delay if performing from crouch move inputted from standing state...
