Hopping Punch (desc P) is not down on hit.
Soku Tan Sen Shuu is 0 on G, -8 on hit and down on CO. I think the -8 is a mistake, it should be more like +8.

Best thing to do I just G or side step with lei vs 2P. In some situations 1P+K is good. 9K+G mostly executes too slow and you eat the 2P.
