I don't see how this is relevant. It's not about not wanting to lose money on arcades, it's 100% about not losing money on consoles.
I did a typo and corrected it. If you do [img][img] and then do [img][img]+[img]+[img][img]+[img] you've obviously wasted your 4 frames of adv...
It's actually best used in situation where you're at disadv, if done at adv it will frequently fail to actually sabaki the [img][img]
