online is horrible against lei because if there is lag and you try to evade it wont' come out and you get hit by a very damaging string.

Eileen's been S+ tier since ver B dude. For some reason I'm liking kage more than her lately though.
If you want some practice against eileen and kage I can help with getting used to fighting against them too.
I find hitting the first two kicks slowly then hitting the last kick quickly helps me do it more consistantly.
