Some potentially awesome news: The VF5FS machines brought to PAX will be staying in the US... specifically, in San Francisco. Sega's going to keep them at their HQ and apparently has plans to bring them to area events. The folks from Southtown Arcade were in attendance as well, and there are talks about the machines putting in some appearances there... but no guarantees yet. Still, potentially awesome!

Also, I got to sit with the Sega of America product manager/PR people and discuss what players want in the game and how to help promote it. There's a lot of enthusiasm in the crew, and I think it's going to play out really well.

Had a blast and 17 win streak with El Blaze...on the machine that wasn't streamed, haha!

Losing to the mashing Jacky on stream was extra weak but what are you going to do(not throw out unsafe and risky shit)!

Just uploaded my matches on YT. Matteo uploaded the first of mine, the others...well I'm better off talking about how I felt El Blaze has changed and stayed the same in some aspects, instead og uploading them onto here, lol. Something to give you guys to look at if you need a good laugh


Random notes: The jumping attacks were hard to get used to, but nothing that can't be adjusted to and fighting Taka was frightening only because what you expect to launch or juggle after CH doesn't, and after said attacks that do that, he is STILL in your face.

Overall the game was pretty cool but I wish I had more time to play it(gotta work the next couple of days). Summer can't come soon enough >_<

Zero-chan, it was really great seeing you after all this time and I really enjoyed our matches. Also props for representing Vanessa, a character whose tweaks always seem to nearly reinvent her with each iteration of VF she's in. And uber uber mad props for bringing the FS Strategy Guide! I didn't get much time with it, but it cleared up a lot of things for me in a short time!
