I advise appointing a captain on each team who's responsibility it is to get make sure everyone on their team know when the match is happening and to set up said match. I could appoint a captain if teams can't agree on one themselves.

XBL Parties allow up to 8 players in a party, I advise that you get both teams into this party before hand, after which point you can either mute the other team to talk strategy (tell them first please for politeness's sake) or form your own teams party.

Use this thread to talk/arrange times, use VFDC PMs or XBL txt msgs to get hold of team members.

Saturday afternoon, possibly. (most likely available at 4 PM Pacific.) I work till midnight on Sundays.


I still haven't heard anything from our other two team mates. If we don't get a response from them, we'll be fighting 2 on 4. Hope you're ready if it comes down to this, EmX.

 

Ok finally we start well i guess i'm the manager of my team since i post much more than my buddies.

 

It depends on how work is schedualed for me. Most of the time I work till close. Saturdays close at 8:30 and for Sundays its 6:30

 

About the deadline for the first round I found quite unrealistic that we could arrange a date good for 8 people within 1 week (we have to consider the work time issue as various other ones)

 

I tried friending Mista Tee and Blaclac on XBL but it didn't go through...?

 

Onestly I think that is very difficult to arrange the games in only one week too... plus I'm very busy in this days...

 

If you can get them all to post in here within the next day or two then yes and I'll extent the date slightly.
