GG's dabadseed, Shinn Akira, dennis0201, pompeyfraz and anyone else I missed. Those were some fun matches.

And I'm jumping on the Shun bandwagon so don't be alarmed if you see me playing him. I'm not good with him right now but I used to use Shun in every version besides VF5 (VF2-FT) so I'm not completely in the dark with him, just got to get used to his new shit (which is a lot).

Konjou Akira: what can i say dude, best session i have had in a very long time. very epic battles. as for me surpassing you. don't think so. on par mabey, def not surpassed yet. EVER TIME I face you i gain more knowledge, not only of you but of VF in general, and how to increase my own play style. like you have said that you have incorporated my game into your own, so have i, with yours. you make me constantly think and learn. i have not surpassed you yet. and don't loose that fire dude. great games bro.

Ggs to Renzo even though you got upset... was it against you that i BT hopped over your rising low kick? I bet you liked that huh? huh? nice kage.

Ggs to Slide I had forgotten how good your Sarha was and I felt that hopping mid kick in my stomach.

Ggs to 75 lol i you make me have to work against your offense... it was sweet how you mixed up the low kicks, mid kicks, throws, and punches i was still having a hard time reading you for the most part

Thanks. I'm just amazed you are new to Lei Fei and are already playing him like a pro. If I remember correctly, you even were using his standard costume, like that's how little you played him. haha.

Thanks man. I'd say you have the best Brad but you should already know that. And yeah, we really had some great matches. I love playing really offensive players like yourself. That in your face action gets intense.

And I got to mention dabadseeds Aoi. Granted I haven't played too many Aoi's, but you definitely have the best I've seen in the US. Very tricky.

GG's to Ladon and TonyFamilia. Your like a brother from another mother. ITs always a pleasure to chop it up with you and Brawl at the same time lol! Ladon that Shun is a pain in the ass but you use his range pretty good. I had fun and hope to get it in with you some more.

GG's to Denkai... ranked up to Avenger and put me in the red for demotion. Luckily he ran off to players matches.

GG's to Jhow77... our first match was dual demotion match! Holy shit! Talk about intense. Luckily I won and it put my bar back in the green. Great games, even that one I let go cause I missed that damn double palm. Just goes to show it's not over till it's over in VF. When I got the reverse body check throw I was like "come on Rod hit this double palm and you got it!" Now that's something I never things about and I guess it got my nerves going and I missed. hahahaha I should have just gone for middle kick because that might have seal the deal either way. Any way, nice come back to win that round and then take the match next round. Always fun and looking forward to the next batch.

gg's PompeyFraz, I'da liked to have kept playing ya but it didn't seem like beating me was making your rank go up at all, so I didn't know if i'd be annoying by giving ya the no reward all risk fights.

GGs to everyone who whipped my ass last night. Man, i was playing bad and worse, ironically i did get a win from Slide, ggs bro, nice sarah, you had me befuddled with all that jumping, then i was like, hell, if he's gonna jump that much i gotta win, if not i'm gonna be humiliated. It was cool pm'ing you, if you have a mic i'd like to do some players and pic your brain a bit. you obviously are rich in knowledge, and i'm but a poor begger with waves of offense. Anyone who can shut down 2-3 of my offensive waves can beat me 90% of the time, my fundamentals just arent there. "Castles made of sand, melts into the see, eventually" as Jimi Hendrix sang.

I did want to make a quick belated comment to all the kyus and beginners out there, i read in bad games where a few people were really complaingin about having high ranked opponents join there games. 2 commments
#1, i've had it happen where i'm playing a good opponent repeatedly in ranked, say a good akira, over and over, click on start and realize i just joined a 10 kyu akira thinking he was the same master i had been battling.

#2 Sometimes us hosters become desensitized to teh fact not every 10kyu-3rd dan wants to play us. we host for hours on end playing nothing but kyus and low dans, and then start looking cant find a match and say fuck it, i'll just join johny 2nd dans match, oblivous to the fact it might rub you the wrong way.

#3 If its a mirror match, just save the match and mimac our setups, it'll make you bettter.

All of a sudden you had an answer to all my new tricks, which was primarily double palming my ass left and right. Nice job!

Unfortunately I feel that match was somewhat boring for both of us. I guess it was to be expected though because we were both playing really careful. The next match I ended up saving because it went all 5 rounds and was a nail biter every single one. Do you remember the way the 5th round ended? The reason I ask is because I just realized as of late that Shun's BT punches connecting into the throw gives a guaranteed pounce afterwards. It was the first time I've KO'd with the pounce. (Someone may want to clarify but I swear it's guaranteed.)

Yeah I meant to save that match bro. I am glad you got it. Maybe you can up it to youtube because I would like to see it again. Yeah I was like WTF when that pounce landed man. Even I didn't know it was guaranteed. It felt like it as I was struggling to get up.

As for those matches were it felt like I had the answer, I wouldn't say I had the answer, but last night I did feel completely different. I guess some call it on your A game. Losing to Denkai kind of fired me up and for some reason your Shun was moving very slow to me and I felt like I could fight my normal way... like a bull! If you remember I wasn't hesitating like I normally would I just kept coming and going big. In the end though you manage to turn the tides, but then you must have stepped away. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

Fun matches none the less! I always have to be on my toes when I am up against you.

I would say I definitely do my worst against you when you "bull" your way through me. =/ But it's weird isn't it... sometimes no matter what you try it doesn't work when someone's on their "A" game. That's the way I felt the other day when I went from Raider to Assassin. Every match I played felt like slow motion. I was seeing and predicting everything. If it could only be like that all the time!! Maybe I ate my veggies that day.

Also last night I was still on but couldn't connect with you in time. Then every time I hosted some random kyu fought me. =(

I'll be on the lookout for ya this weekend. GGs!
