speaking of go..Goh..punishing soul....oooohhhhh you killed me. lol, then i got you back /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif You have gotten stronger, actually you seem to be using offensive move kick, or maybe dmpk alot more, amazing how much stronger it makes you. i picked up on it after you destroyed me 2 rds that first fight and almost came back, i managed to adjust the second fight, but it was still a nail biter, that combined with your catch throws and i think you're going to be ranking up good. congrats.

And one match with sushi.....death sushi. You are getting better too. its so awesome to see all these good players getting better. I need to intercept you when you're a 10th dan, but before you become TRULY dominate, and hopefullly grab some bar off you and then avoid you for the rest of time, muwahahahahaha.

yesterday was the first time in about 6 years that played VF for more then 2 hours. i played for aobut 4 hrs which i never do, but with NY here had to get a little practice in before the event. i went from 7th dan to 10th dan. it was nice to play alot of great players yesterday, instead of the usually scrubs
well i hope to see most of you in NY this weekend.

Word up, GGs to you too - went looking for you more after that, but couldn't find you. Trying to get the basics to work right for me has been pretty rough lately. Shortly after playing you, I lost to a 1st dan, a 3rd kyu, and a 2nd dan. If I could have manually demoted myself, I would have done it right then.

 

Good games to Chief Flash from the other night. After wiping the floor with me while I was learning Aoi, the killing continued when I switched to Lion. I won like 2 fights out of 20. That standing jab to the giant swing was so fast, I never saw it coming. It came from so far outside, it was as if Wolf was vacuuming himself to me after the punch hit.

 

Yeah, Flash is a demon. I can only beat him with my non-main chars., which baffles me.

He knows.

Then, a humble apology for my scrubby Lau to all these people and more. For whatever reason, I want to learn him, but after playing Akira and Aoi for so long it's weird and difficult to consistently be successful with him.

I had a green icon with almost full bar when I challenged you I know my rank is much lower than yours but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to finally play somebody I recognise from VFDC...) but somehow the connection ended up being abysmal... almost felt like a slideshow.

I can't believe the end of that one round where I did /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif which results in lying down, then you did Kage's pounce, then I did ukemi /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif to avoid being hit by the pounce, then my character stood up BT and I got /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif for the win. Pretty crazy!!

 

GGs to echino (a terrific Shun player I've never seen before)!

I was surprised at how well you know him. Usually when I play a fellow Shun player I try to use all of his moves at least once. Call it somewhat of a challenge to be able to land some of the harder (useless) moves. It's funny because at times it looked like you were trying to do the same.

You got me with the upside down leg throw and the BT throw. In turn I got you with the BT punches-throw and the one legged throw. I even noticed you tried the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif to no avail. God that move is hard to land. And at the end of one of our matches I just had to use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ub.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif which didn't do anything but at least I performed the move. God that move is useless.

I think between the both of us we used every move possible, maybe except for BT /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif which is probably one of the worst punches in the game. I have actually combo'd with that move once. =)

Sorry I was doing one game and then leaving - I was trying to fit a workout set in between each game I played, so I couldn't stick around for more than one at any given time.

Also ggs to zeextemekid, I havent been able to play online all week and a few beatings from Akira were just what I needed to back into the game.

Thanks man. I was noticing how I've forgotten about fuzzy. So bizarre.

Another thing, I can't believe how cool it is to have XBL. We played for 2.5 hours last night. Before Live, you'd have to be thousands of miles from home and staying at my house before we could do anything remotely like that. So insane. I love technology, man.

Great matches, when I played the first match with you I had to wake-up. Cause it's so Rare to find decent El Blaze players. I really enjoyed the matches.

 

Rare, I just hate Blaze in general, not you. (lol) ^o^

I thought you were handling him very well. However, when you accidentally D/Ced I was salivating for the chance to find ways to kick his ass (I don't get to play against him very often), not to mention they were crazy fun matches. We need to rock it again! Please, not that level though, that red shit hurts my eyes.

I gotta give my late props to you Rare...

I forgot I've played you on a few occasions. The reason I was doing my Deer In Headlights impression when I parried/dodge that frickin' back kick was because I spent that time trying to figure out why in the hell she didn't just grab such a simple looking move . You whupped up on me regardless but I can safely say it was amusing to see you do a swan dive out the arena. Next time use The Cage /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif Later!
