Social Ruin, I played against your Goh too! I think I was using Brad. We played on Player Match? GGs.

Been a while since I posted. First off, I'd like to thank everyone who whooped the hell out of my Kage. Thanks to those beatdowns, he's actually gotten pretty decent, guess I owe you guys one.

Social Ruin(Pretty good Lei), Divine Spirite(Man, those were some really good akira mirror matches) Zeextremekid(Whoopin up on me with Brad, we gotta play again sometime) TheLegDrop(Nice to play you again, had been a while) Third Dark Eye(Haha, everytime you'd win a round you'd do that stutter walking and I'd be rollin. I LOVE when people taunt. That's when you know you're having fun and not taking everything so seriously) Cozby(I can't get a win on you /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif You make me look like a scrub, what am I doing wrong?) and about 200 Lion players, good games to all of you because it seems like everyone decided to pick up Lion at the same time. Learned how to defend against that guy some. Oh, and Jorjo(Your Jacky is my favorite. Seriously, I wanna play Jacky like you)

On a side note, I finally gave in and bought a joystick. I figured it wouldn't be that hard to catch on because I do pretty good using that small stick on my pad...man was I wrong..can't do anything. I'll keep working at it though.

 

Yeah keep at it man, you'll get there in no time... and when you do, you'll be like "Why did I ever use pad, WTF?!"

 

GGs to Gentlementhief. I don't think he liked my play style very much or maybe it was the fact that I was able to beat him a couple matches and he didn't expect it?...I dunno but he seemed kinda bitter. How could I tell? Well he kept on doing DM and P+K over and over as if to emphasize that I was a DM whore(which I admit I do have a bad habit of doing at times but then again, it's there to use right? It's a good way of making sure your opponent just doesn't randomly through out a mid or a low punch and I was hitting him w/ it quite a bit.) and plus he kept on hitting me on the ground even after the round was over lol. I was able to change my game plan and came back to beat him and did the same thing back to him. No hard feelings...just repaying the favor Mr Thief hehe. Anyhow ggs. I learn a lot playing great players such as yourself =]

 

no offense, but when u steal unico's set ups nobody is going to like playing u : ) Especially if u win. It's just how it is.

 

GGs to all the people I fought with my developing vanessa, she still needs some work but she is well on her to way to being my true second character behind my pai.

Yun Plumbing- good jacky but jacky characters are starting to get on my nerves some but it is okay I will learn to beat them with my vanessa enough some day.

KaminariOyaji- Good lau your character is solid, I hope to see how good your sarah is to know your lau compares to your sarah. Only if I could finish my games better then everything will be okay, I feel like I am throwing away matches too much.

Stompoutloud- Great lion but I feel I was tossing far too many matches away when I know I had you far too many times still you have an excellent lion great match.

Shaka Zulu 1- Good El Blaze I haven't faced a good El Blaze very much since I came back to playing online.

Hahaha I know what's that's like. Glory told me to be wary of switching - I have a good understanding of the game; alot of success in VF derives from simply feeling comfortable, which leads to better execution. Akira is a tougher character to play because he requires more precision, which is pressuring. Lei-Fei on the other hand is a free bird. GGs lol dont mind my babbling.

I got to play Plague's leet akira tonight. Lol I couldn't tell if you were delaying attacks or if it was just lag; whatever it was that stuff was magnificent! I learned alot about Lau just from playing you. I found alot of stuff i should stop doing and what not.

Lol SMB can we player at least?

My apologies for playing like complete CRAP tonight. Maybe this is the extent of my abilities -_-

 

I could be way off base here but I've had that feeling with him too. I know that since it's online it may be tough/impossible to tell but just call it a feeling. I've never had him repeatedly do ground attacks to me after the round so you definitely must have touched a nerve. =)

In the end, a win's a win!

More good games! Big thank yous to TheWorstPlayer, Dennis0201, PaneledJungle, and Yummy Dango for awesome fights. I met some people last night, too - a new Akira player named spineshankster and an skilled Aoi with the gamertag ThaNameless1.

I hope I didn't forget anyone. I followed VF with some Scotch and Unique Stunt Jumps in GTA4 and now I'm a little "wha? huh wah to whose it's?" about last night (insert XD emoticon here).

 

belated ggs to tsua. they werent fun, i didn't win, and i wish they hadn't happened : ) But a wins a win, and u seem to be a cool guy. When there are only 2 great players, 3 good players, and 4 decent players on xbox live any given night i don't want to alienate anyone who falls into that bracket. Besides, there is enough potential left in my lei fei to overcome 1kg, 1kg, 1kg, DM, 1kg. I believe lei has circulars and jumping moves and a gaurd button so next time i'll have to try those. ggs tsua

I am Shidosa- Man, beastin Jeffery. I know you were figuring me out towards the end, especially with my addiction to 46P+G with Akira, but I wasn't too confident with my akira's dlbpm with all the Kage playing I've been doing lately. Sorry about that.

Punishing Soul- I don't know how I left you out of the last post. That's probably the most fun I've had in a while playing this game with someone. Very good Goh, and thanks for playing with me. Close games at the end too.

Gentlementheif- You're never using the same person when I play you, so it's always a different experience. Generally we keep the record sheet pretty even, but when you picked Akira...you were beastin on me and pretty badly might I add. You made me think pretty outside the box to even grab a win, but then would just beast on my ass the next match

Corey Fearless- Your Jacky was agressive and beautifully played in my opinion. You and Jorjo are my favorites to play. You both are teaching me the importance of spacing and also the rewards of being aggressive at the same time. So now...I wanna play Jacky too.

Betabow- You beat the hell out of me with your Lau!! Dang, and the thing was that I just kept feeling like there was something I could do about it, but in the end I always lost. Sucks that it got so laggy towards the end, but good games.

To anyone I'm forgetting, my bad. I've got a lot going on lately so I'm pretty forgetful, but keep up the good matches. You guys keep me in your prayers for a bit...things are gettin a little rough over here, so if I seem a little agressive or easily upset, please don't take it personally. Just takin my frustrations out on the game...I promise I'm still tryin to have fun with it though.

 

I played that guy, he's dangerous. He caught me off guard the first time we fought, he didn't have that many games so I figured he was a beginner but he's got good flowcharts... too bad he hates losing so bad XD
I know everybody hates to lose but I've only played one guy from Mexico that a)didn't pull during rank and b)when he's about to lose runs away. Lol, like that's going to stop them from losing /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif Hey, Serged12, replace running with a more solid defense and you'll do great.

Gamaorigina1 or something like that, is from Mexico and he's a good guy but our matches were too laggy for me to really enjoy our fights.
Some of these guys in Mexico, like Gamaorigina1, want to learn and get better at the game but from what he told me there's not a lot of good, solid competition in Mexico and everybody else they play it's laggy so they learn all these lagtastic setups that wouldn't get them very far offline.

Anyway, GGs YummyDango, such a fun and observant Akira.
