shadowmaster, more unsabakiable /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d_.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif PARTICULARLY after blocking my shadow slicer, you were sticking to /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif reteliation and i started doing my midkick sabaki, scoop would have netted you 2/5 of my life. Also try using somersault when i'm in your face and not just as a round starter. More bokutai in general wouldn't hurt, it's free damage plus oki. Speaking of oki, when your opponent hits the wall high enough your pounce is guaranteed, don't just stick to /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif stomp. I apologise for the random in-your-face k+g but you had me super scared with your reversal timing, you are very good at reading me. But to be honest i don't think you really need advice, practically all of our matches went to the 5th round, i am just extra lucky /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

 

I liked the matches and those K+G moves were truly getting on my last nerve and I couldn't just sit back and wait to duck under it because the potential mid counter attacks that would come as a result of it. I still need to better my timing with my inashis though to better counter the oki games of many characters. It is one of the things that I have been focusing on as of late. Punishing moves like the shadow slicer that are very safe on block is something I really need to do and I think the flip kick might be the move to do it.

I always welcome you comments and look to face you again I am still learning things even now and any advise helps as well

I might give a real chance to Shun, but I find it harder to learn due to the number of moves so I'm learning a bit slowly ^^

NO ONE plays pai as aggressive as you do, and if someone does I've never played them, but that was some serious stuff.

SoulKatana- Heh, sorry to catch you off guard with that akira, but your kage is getting pretty good man. We're gonna have to do some mirror matches again to learn some things from each other cuz I like a lot of what you're doing.

Blahzie- GGs in ranked man! You always get me with those come backs! I be trying hard too, but good games. I always know it's gonna be close when I'm playing you.

VF Lion- Suprise! I'm giving this guy a good games because I played his Lion as well. I played him in ranked and won. Then he sent me an invite for player matches and won all of those too, but the thing is the guys not bad. He does a lot of lows, but a lot of lion players do. Plus, he was very nice and told me good games and that he felt I was the better player and all that mess. Doesn't matter to me, but from reading the bgs thread I was expecting some crappy jerk, but the dude was pretty chill in my book...so far. So good games VF Lion. Nothing wrong to me.

And just letting you guys know again, that I'm under the name Moonwalker1213 for a little bit cuz I ran out of live on UKDiddy and I'm broke. Just reminding you guys cuz a lot of you in ranked will just mess around the first 2 matches and then on the 3rd be trying to fight for dear life cuz you thought I was really a 3rd kyu or something. Haha, it's kinda funny but I just wanted to let you guys know so there are no suprises.

I said VF lion played a good lion overall I guess what I said about good games concerning VF Lion was actually valid. I saw alot of lows from him but it kind of deceived me at first but I knew he could play lion very well.

I really want to see Badseed's Pai people say he plays one of the best pais online among the people here on VFDC. And if pai is his best character as I think it is, it should be a great learning experience win or lose.

Good games man, nice pm'ing back and forth, alotta effort in sending those messages on stupid xbl txting system, if i put that much work into eteg i'd be GREAT. My brad is coming for you, be forwarned! unless i go sarah, then she's coming for you, be forwarned! unless i find that dural code, then....! All that being said, and in light of overpowered monks all around the world, you do need to get yourself into the dojo and work on stagger recovery. I'm not arguing lei fei isn't straight scary online, cause he is, but you are overestimating how difficult it is to recover from his staggers. I find it not uncommon for 50% of my opponents to stagger recover from everything i do, but i think it may be a lag dealio, since it didn't start happening til i moved to alaska, maybe you aren't on the easy recover train, so maybe thats just that, b/c i can't believe all these srry stuck at 1st dan players are terrible at the game but great at stagger recovery. who knows. i know this, i'm rambling.

Rare Entity, man those ranked matches are too intense for me. Sometimes i just need to put the controller down and take a 5 min break after playing you.

Konjou: Haha, you threw me off by just standing there blocking. It takes so little to confuse me. I was all "whats his ulterior motive, whats he trying to do, fuck that, i'll just stand nose to nose with akira and block too. HAHAHAHHAA TAKE THAT. I TOO AM HOLDING BLOCK. WHO'S THE MAN NOW." Then i realized i was going insane so i started to attack agian. And damn you for TFT'ing me outta the ring so much. when you showed up with kage and it was loading i was "please high walls please high walls" but no. they were no walls.

Panther: Thanks for saving the last few nights for me. Kyu soup is only palettable for so long.

Yupa: Same to you. Now you'll probably destroy you as i am focuesed on punishing evade 33k, and pervert my whole game to stopping it instead of just doing what i've been doing.

CidKid, mad fun playing your Brad. I learned a lot. I only saved those two vids but only one of them was worth putting up. I made a pretty good comeback in the other one with my Lau shenanigans but the whole entire fight just wasn't that great. It's too bad that replays don't just save automatically while you play cuz some of the fights that I didn't save were badass and I woulda liked to go back and watch them all. Also, I didn't want to mess up the riddum too much.

My Shun was pretty elusive that night. I was playing loki jih's Wolf and you wouldn't believe some of the things that were happening. I must have won over 5 rounds that were down to the wire with low moves such as 2k or even 1k when Wolf was doing a low crush attack.

The worst (or best if I'm concerned) was when my back was at the wall and Wolf did the overhead smash. What happened was I was already in the air on my way to hit the wall, and somehow I was squeezed out behind him and didn't hit the wall. I'm probably not describing it very well but it was insane that I didn't hit the wall. I of course came back for the win.
