jhow. man, that shun is a bulldozer. I would get feeling good about myself and then we'd hit 2-3 round stretches where i was just an observer holding the wrong block. It is a struggle with the imbalance in oki. I need a better gameplan versus ur standup game. I have a few ideas, but then again, i already had a few and they didn't work : ) Those were fun/intense games. Afterward mistah tee asked if i wanted to play and i had to say no thanks, don't want to have to think anymore tonite. It was really fun and leaves me searching for answers. That's ok, i'm confident the ansers are out there. lol. i could start by not trying to beat u in a 5th round versus 40 drinks!!!

P.S. by imbalance in oki, i mean u playing a better/stonger wake up game than me. Props.

Well, it was nice to dust off my pai agian, and always good to get some hot sub on sub action...even if it takes the "slightly less than amazing" path throughout play. me yipping too much, you ppp (back flip or sweep) too much, neither of us adapting nearly enough and the innevitable match up of godly 1kk's. its so nice that we both have one....ohhh GOD, he just 1kk'ed at disadvantage agian...welllllll, ok, 1kk. YOU: oh god, he just 1kk'ed agian on rising, pffft whatever, 1kk. and so on.

and you rushing in for throws on rising....unstoppable! or very stoppable but i wasn't stopping it. it was an amaizng dual of two medium tier players working hard to lazily develop bad habits.

i hear you on the VF stealing sleep. I wish i could sacrifice work for vf, but they won't let me, so instead we have to sacrifice sleep vor VF, until we are mindless non adapting zombie's with VF serving the place of soft mushy human brains.....mmmmmmmmm, brains.....mmmmmmmm, VF5.

 

Yah Social those games were super fun!! Your Lei always gets my brain going. Yah, my oki game was developed way back in the VF2 days. I do give even the best players a hard time with it. Thief has commented on this as well. One of the best things beginner and intermediate players (not you of course) can learn about oki is 1)don't be afraid to NOT tech roll, 2)don't be afraid to NOT use a rising kick, and 3)mix it up.

EMP XxKonjouxX's Kage- Going into this I knew I was going to get more then I bargained for and well, I was right. Konjou's Kage is really technical and "solid as a rock" as some would say and I have now experienced that for the first time, DAMN!

Dennis0201- First matches were earlier today when I fought his Jacky which was really tough for me to handle throughout. Then I fought his Wolf later on and he's really good at getting into his throw setups and he even rung me out in every round of one match 3-0!

Tony Familia's Brad- It's always really fun facing you Tony makes for exhilarating sets, and dammit you keep on getting me into your clinch and I don't know how to escape em knee's! I understood that you said you were really tired which affected your performance somewhat, nay Kamais says you were awesome and I hope you catch some Zzz's done there in your bed.

Social Ruin's Lei-Fei- Same as Tony it's always fun facing you! Lei is always tricky to me with his twirling around the whole place and damn boy you know your schmidt!

ggs to kamais_Ookin. It's nice to have another good player on my list for late night vf5. lol, i know my shit, i wish i knew the other 16 characters shit. ggs, lot's of fun. U had some nice wall combos, there was one that was SICK, i'm sure u remember. I was like, ok, alright, ok, holy shit, how many times is he gonna bounce me : )
ggs to Turnepoid. Neither of us was playing great, but always fun to get someone else's take on my character. Had some cool setups.

 

GG's to Dr. Familia , Kamais and Chief Flash. 4-5 hours of none stop VF almost made me late for work today. I wanted to sleep so bad from being really tired that I turn my alarm clock off instead of hitting the snooze button. LOL Thank God for that sixth sense inner alarm clock you have that jolts you out of bed because your senses knows something is off and you fucking up...

hey turnapoid!!!! I didn't know u posted up here. ggs man. Neither of us were doing too good, it was kinda funny...kinda. But it made for close matches so that was cool. But the whole time i was like, man he's not playing nearly as good as he usually does...and i can't get a win streak!! I could sense at some point where we were both kinda like screw it, i'll go with the easier option to keep from making mistakes. lol. always fun to play ya tho.

Yupa VFDC's Sarah: Damn, nothing better then starting the day out with a 2 hour session with Yupa! It was great back and forth action with Yupa getting the better of me as time went on. Your flamingo work is so crazy I hung a Flamingo picture on my wall to remind me of you! Bottom line is your the best Sarah I've fought so far in my VF career.

GodEater: First I fought your wolf but I already knew JE was your main and that's what I wanted. Regardless your Wolf took it to me damn well throwing em perfect giant swings left and right. Mirror matches with JE was a blast, I learned a lot from those matches. Thank you for giving me tips on how to improve my game.

EMP XxKonjouxX's Kage: Here I thought I would never face Konjou and he's in meh list twice in a row! How the hell can I, or anyone in that matter, penetrate your defense effectively?! I just can't seem to crack open that G button of yours that your holding. Seems to be a good excuse to whip out some more Threat Stance P's though!

HowBoutSmPLAGUE's Akira: The connection wasn't the best that I've ever encountered but it was still playable. Your AK execution is amazing it's like a mirror of the mighty Mukky AK! You whip out your knee's at will and same goes for your SPoD's. Whenever I started rallying by taking 2 rounds you would dumb it down with some vintage aggressive Akira flurries. It was my first time fighting you and hopefully I can get better in the future to give you a run for your money!

I'm not gonna say ggs cause my wolf is awful just now,so thanks for enduring and rematching me to: Soul Katana, Happy Friend76, Ultra Lewis, BorisofWales, pjkl..etc,. Havoc22, YupaVFDC.

I played online for 3 hours last night and won 9 matches,TOTAL 9!!!for f*!#sake,and you know what? I had lots of fun. How many games out there can do that?

 

ggs to plague. nice akira--that TFT was pissing me off. you had come strong mixups. Hope my jumping wasn't making u mad, i am trying to find a place for it in my game. It felt like we had some subtle lag that lead to some frustration, but all n all the connection was, eh, ok. Awesome to finally play ya. U do a good job of not just rushing in with akira's sabakiable moves.
