Try not to throw out attacks at long range that whiff. Goh doesn't have any long combo strings, so it's very easy to take advantage of him when he whiffs.

Examples of poor sportsmanship are winners "rubbing salt in the wounds" of the losers, or the losers expressing frustration at not winning, perhaps to the point of holding a grudge, booing the winner's national anthem (at an event such as the Olympics) or failing to congratulate the winners.

GGs T-Fam. I forgot how powerful you are, especially with Brad. I can't sleep. I gotta re-learn those frames again, some of those mids are terribly deceiving...

Been hearing that there's not enough constructive advice in this thread. Maybe we can all try to make a collective effort to put any constructive criticism that other players may learn from here and help each other improve our games.
    With that said, GGs to...

Wasted Wish, our lag is stronger now but I don't mind. The funny thing is I will not play another Lei player unless we got 3 bars at least. But you, you're special buddy /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
I think the last time we played it was Zombie VF, yeah, it was late, we were spamming and it was bad... but yeah, ggs /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

Kamais, mix up your attacking, evading and fuzzying at disadvantage better. If you get predictable with your defense, characters like Brad can hurt you really bad.

Konjou, I understand your style more but you can't treat everybody with the same style and/or approach. You're good at predicting if a throw or mid is coming so you can do what I call the "statue" defense really well but once I start to reverse my offensive pattern, it can crack your stone defense until I have to switch it back. Try different styles on me, you'll be surprised at what works.

Mister, too laggy to tell you anything except don't DMP+K so much or at least don't get predictable with it.

Stomp, always fun and I always learn useful things. There's not much advice I can tell you since you're more aware than I could ever be in the game. I fear the day that you get your VF5 game on par with your Evo knowledge. Btw, I love Goh <3

Cozby, nice Jacky. I got the feeling that you were sacrificing damage for the sake of completing complicated combos. That takes courage and I appreciate it. You just gotta work on your spacing and mix up your low/mid/full spinning game more often.

KoC, I know you're just getting back into Jeffry but you gotta throw that knee out there more often.

Rare, good mixups, try to use more reading and less series or flowcharts.

Kahn Rahn, try using Y/Y more often.

Yupa, I was playing tired and so were you but I still had fun.

GGs AyuFanboy, nice movement. Even though it's laggy at times, it's not hard to tell that you're a really good player that would prob eat me alive offline.

GGs to anybody else I forgot.

I'll keep this in mind thanks, I personally think my defense is far more of a problem then my offense though but that's just my opinion and it's better to be told by different eyes, thanks.

My bad, Social, here you go:

Work on your movement. I know that Lei's attacks and sabakis are safe and efficient in keeping your opponent out and away but your spacing game could benefit a lot from movement.
You tend to freeze up a lot when I run at you and lucky for you that I love Brad's high and mid attacks too much (grr, I gotta work on that) cuz I could get away with sweeping and throwing a lot. At least until you adapt.

Instead of just standing there, fuzzying would be better but even better than fuzzying (sometimes, not all the time, can't get predictable with any defensive tactic) is movement. I'm working on that too and evades cancelled by crouch dashes is a good way to get around and not be a sitting duck.

Plz take any advice I give with a grain of salt. No, I don't do all of the things that I recommend, I just tell you what I see that would prob help your game.

Kamais, in that quote, I am talking about nothing but your defense.

Any advice any of you have for me, plz tell me, I'm not sensitive about my game or my character /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

Thanks tony. I find most peoples advice to be pretty accurate. Surprisingly so actually. Although i'm sure the fact that i ask good player's has something to do with that. What i find frustrating is it seems when i fuzzy my opponent always stand there, then throw me. While i don't mind being delay-throwed by a skilled opponent, it is frustrating when an opponent seemingly delay throws u out of lack of reflexes, lol. But solid advice none the less. And i entirely agree with u on the i need better movement. Like so many things, i'm trying to get better at it. Or at least i was before SFIV came out. Honestly, i haven't really (more than 20 minutes) played vf5 for 4 days now, cause all my vf5 bros aren't there. I'm getting kinda hopeless on the vf5 front. Sucks.
For you, i actually agree with something my bro said awhile ago, and i'm sure almost everyone could benefit from it. Remember, especially versus lei fei, that the mind games reset. i.e. don't go into a match not doing something for fear of sabaki. Particularly in player, ur better off losing 1 here or there making me "prove" i will beat an option, than losing 2 or 3 cause ur worried i will counter something if u do it. And then just realize versus good opponents there's the i know u know i know u know game, and every so often u gotta press the reset button on that nonsense and sit on your strongest lines of play until ur chased back off of them. Otherwise, particularly with lau, pp throw. Stop ur combos for zero frame throws more often. But all that said, i'm really impressed with ur play when ur on. When ur grinding (putting consistent/lots of effort into getting better) u can be really really strong. Seems like thats the same way i run. When i persuing being good really hard, i can be pretty strong. But sometimes there just isn't the competition/players to bring me in and i fall off, and i'll have to rebuild that strength when i come back next week or whenever it picks up.
