GGs Konjou! For those that have played Rodney's Kage as of late and wondered "what the hell happened to Konjou?" I'm happy to say that he's back.
I don't know how he had been playing the rest of you guys but up til last night, he had been playing the "wait and watch" VF game against me for way too many matches.
But when we played last night, thankfully, he came to bring the pain! Yeah!
I was so hyped to see the old Konjou back that I turned on my mic and started cheering him on as he kicked my ass /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif Then I turned the mic off and tried to focus /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif
Movement, baiting, spacing, mix-ups, mind games, you-name-it! It was all in ass-kicking effect. So glad to see you not playing too careful or too focused on the whether I was abare or not or whether I evaded enough or not. You just kicked ass. Plain and simple. Thanks for the compliment and I will listen to your advice about how my improvement can not be measured on a scale right now. My problem is that while others may see improvement, I see more of what I do wrong =/
This growing "self-awareness" is more concerned with what I'm doing bad than good. GGs MistaTee, sorry to hear that lag is affecting your game. My scale of lag is measured on speed of the matches and whether I can do all of my combos and both of those are in order on my end. I do understand cuz I use to have the same prob when I played ShinnAkira. Brad player from Canada with a killer offense who didn't let up. It would be funny if you were feeling what I felt when I used to fight him since you're in Canada and all XD
I can tell that you're a good player that would prob own me offline.

GGs VFHayato, I remember when the old 2P->throw game used to get me 100% of the time online (it still gets me a lot offline >_<) but regardless of whether you base a lot of your game off 2P, better hitchecking and mixups will make you stronger. Oh and don't always evade up, specially after every blocked attack that leaves you in nitaku /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

I also think that Low Punch--> throw owns offline as well. I question anybody who attributes its power solely or even largely to lag.

GGs to yupa we had like over 100 matches offline in 6 hrs. my brad and lei needs serious work in terms of playing with an arcade stick.

 

Yeah but not 100% of the time. If it works on anybody 100% of the time offline, without any mixups, just 2P -> throw... well, it's something that should be worked on asap.

 

GGs to NOD Subway (though I think u gave me bad rep for no reason. How rude -_-), HowBoutSmPLAGUE (very nice Akira. I need to figure out good options with Blaze against him), DATCHI SPL, and everyone I played.

 

good games to Grim1591 you have good lau even though you are just starting out. I think got over my SF4 fix enough to play vf some I hope the good matches come around some and it isn't as bad as you guys say it is.

We should try to get more games in, was fun playing you. Lag was ok, so i'll add you later.

Lammas I could tell you weren't used to playing in all the lag, could see you was struggling. Looked like you had a strong Lau though, hoping you'll batter me round a bit when you adjust to the lag.

 

GGs to Grusselgroser, even though it was one sided lag but you kept comin back and it was challenging and a real fight for rank points.

 

Good games to Air Jacky (great Jacky as always), Stompoutloud (very unique pai), and Mataare.

The way Stomp plays pai is different from any I have seen in a while. Those jabs were getting abit old but they were timed so well that I have give you mad props for them even after I began to adjust to them. Also not many people catch me with pai's 2/8 P+K very much even the better pai players. My pad did fail me there going /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ub.gif too much but that is no excuse great job.

 

GGs to Tonyfamilia. Sorry I can only play at a limited time, very tight schedule. But like i said i'm on the same time almost everynight.

You're Brad is alot better than I remember. You don't commit to strings as much as you used to, caught me by surprise /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

shadoolord: good stuff. My pai is straight up how I play it VF evo. Nothing has changed. hahahah I need to add some of the newer moves into her repertoire. lol. I laughed when we froze and stood there with us holding block. hahah

Good matches to Exvencezeno 101. The Shun versus Pai matchup was fun. I played a ton of Pai today but not again you. Pai versus Pai would have been fun with you too. lol

I had just hoped that you would try something else once in a while. Either way Pai mirror matches are always the best hands down.

 

I did try something new. I ran up and threw you a few times and than ran up and did that running jump kick! But you dodged some of them really well!
