ggs to blackdragon. I like the strong vf4 Evo flavor of your lei fei. At least i think that's it. It plays a lot like Linzuohin's lei fei, whose combos came from evo. You have a very strong lei. Your lines are really solid, to the point where sometimes i know what is coming next and still can't do anything about it. Very good stuff.

I mean that, you fight. You don't mash mindlessly or hesitate, it's just a happy medium where you do things out of instincts from observing and trying to stay a step ahead of your opponent. If R drops, you're going to be unstoppable.

Konjou, the professor, so many lessons learned. The fact that you got students who are able to outplay you now shows just how badass you are at teaching VF. Anybody that graduates from the Konjou VF Academy is either a monster or well on their way to becoming one.

Plague, you have become a beast my friend. Exploiting your character's strengths while shifting focus away from your own weaknesses is a skill and you have honed and sharpened it very well. Sucks we only got to play a few yesterday /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif But still, I'm glad I got to play you one last time before next year or R.

Silent Nephilm, sorry for the few matches but I HAD to play Mista Tee, it had been way too long since I played him. Your style reminds me a little of Subbers (that's a compliment).

Subbers, didn't see you on too much but when I did I had a blast. So glad I got to show you more of my repertoire than I did in person at the tourney where I played like hot trash.

Belligerent Feck, great times. Regardless of lag, I got to see a lot more of your skill and I was very impressed. I can tell that you don't take the game too seriously but you have natural talent to look at the game differently than most. You were focused the last time we fought and for that I thank you. The fights were close but you still got 7 in a row and it was mostly because of great reaction time and smart decision making during the clutch.

Dennis0201, always a pleasure to play you. You make me switch up my style and I thank you for that. There were like 2 or 3 matches in a row where you were determined to punish me everytime I went for a throw so I had to play without throws for like 3 matches straight or I would get pwned. Thanks for taking the time to teach and still give me such awesome fights.

DaBadSeed, great playing and chatting with you again. You kick ass bro so you don't need any advice from me but I do think that you limit yourself by not learning more frames. You could prob go even or better with Denkai if you let yourself go to the next level by learning more frames. Some people don't need it cuz they have natural talent, like you, but when they do learn frames, watch out!

Whiteworm, great to play you on your new stick even if it wasn't with Vane. I hope that you weren't too frustrated at me using your weakness to my advantage. You should prob take that "you low punch too much" thing off your profile or people like me will use that bit of info to their favor. I like your competitiveness. Blahzie, haven't played you in a long time but I wanted to give you a shoutout as the main pioneer of Brad's online tactics. A lot of the stuff that I see Brad players do online is stuff that they stole from you. You def played enough matches to qualify you as one of the best researchers into what works and what doesn't online. Denkai, Adam, Chief Flash and Gentleman Thief. I hardly see you guys here but I still gotta give you props for making me push my game to the next level.

Kamais, if you put as much effort into studying the game as you do on the shoutbox you will get very far. Less posting and talking and more reading and listening will help you be one of the best.

Ughill, heed my words bro, you can be one of the best. If you're truly as competitive as we've talked about then you need to use bits of info to your advantage. Knowledge is power.
Don't get into verbal spats with your opponent. What really truly matters is what happens on the battlefield. All's fair in love and war. Kick ass and take no prisoners. There is nothing wrong with spamming ANYTHING that kicks your opponent's ass. You can learn frames later but learn combos now and you WILL level up.

GGs to the twins /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif hopefully you guys can make it to a gathering someday and level up past online tactics. Both your games will be even better from an offline gathering and you will finally get elbowed after a blocked sweep /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/shocked.gif Hahahah, take care guys! SoulKatana, abare ftw! I've never played a more abare Kage, lol. I would love to see your style offline and see just how much faster it works. Plz don't take it badly, abare is just a style of play, not a bad thing, just one of the many ways to approach the game. It can hinder you but it can triumph offline too.

Mitsuruga, I guess he doesn't post here but he's a very nice Eileen player. Too bad he leaves after just a few wins but I'm sure he doesn't like his patterns figured out and then pwned after 3 matches or so lol. If you do read this, I can tell you this: you will become stronger if you stick around longer.

This post is epic, keep in mind I've said a hundred times already I'm at my moms house for the 4day weekend so i'm using this site 24/7 and can't play which is why it seems like I'm 'studying' more in shoutbox, gg's to you too for posting in shoutbox thread.

I am sure virtua fighter will bring our paths to cross again someday in the future, but on the off chance that it doesn't, I'm glad i got the chance to get to know you, at least as much as one can over an internet forum. Its been fun, with losing you VFDC will be poorer and wherever else you decide to apply yourself will be richer.

haha, i hope to someday make an offline gathering, but not sure if it'll ever happen. I think it would take one of two things:
a) happenstance. Serendipity. I'm just not into the game enough any more to even consider taking a vacation to play the game. I'd like to visit different places in the world, and if i'm gonna drop thousands of dollars its going to be to see a castle IRL, or visit a foreign country, or any of a million other experiences that one cannot garner in front of a TV. Or even to go back to Oklahoma and see family and friends. All these things rank infinitely higher in the quality of life department than vf.

b) or i'm going ot have to have a change of heart on VF and get more into it than ever before...which i don't see happening. not even if R drops. But we never know, do we?

which is sad, in a way, b/c an offline gathering would be the perfect way for me to debunk this theory that i was an online enigma /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
I am firmly of the opinion that I execute that which works, and if it didn't work, i would just find a different solution that works to solve the problem. If elbow classes rendered my sweep ineffective, i'd simply find a new way to mix it up.
But who know, maybe an offline gathering would debunk my theory that i'll fight competitively in whatever environment. As long as we have a level playing feild, i wont complain about the outcome /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

I digress. This isn't about me, but about you. I wish i would have had a chance to play vs. you after you "leveled up" but we only managed 2 games when u were tired and the lag was more than you cared to deal with. Go level up at life then come back and master that "broken brad" hehehe.

thanks for the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbs_up.gif compliment tfam. It has been a grind. But i can proudly say that even after a year i am still improving every week. Some of these improvements are what keep me excited to play the game. I cannot wait to go to a gathering and level up. There are so many ways it would shed light upon my game. I look forward to one day attending one, hopefully. It sucks to lose a worthy opponent in ur brad and lau, one less competetive player to face online /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

So i did a lot better after she called, but it wouldn't have lasted. It was either take a whoopin, get off the phone, or get off the game. It seemed like u were annoyed that i left so quick, made me feel bad. But really, i need to shutdown everything else (computer, phone, router) and plug ethernet straight into the xbox when i play u : )
