It was funny how you always wins our matches except the ones which are ranking match where you failed to promote lol, but the last one was the good one, finally! ^^ ( and you get me demoted /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif )

You were destroying me at first with Eileen, but then I started catching on to some of your tricks and finding openings to get some wins of my own. If I keep playing you, I know at least I will have an idea of all of Eileen's possibilities, so I know what to look for. Gradually, she is getting less impossible to fight. God Damnit Brisal!! Those were some close matches. I think almost every one went to the last round. I found out something last night and I'm sure you noticed as well. Does everyone know this...? Whatever your progress meter is at when you rank up to master stays the same when you go back to 10th Dan. It was irritating. Here's what happened.

I moved up to Master (yet again) a few days ago and it was pretty crucial because the match was both a demotion and promotion, meaning if I had lost I would've gone down to 9th Dan. Brisal found me hosting a match last night, I was Master and he was 10th Dan. I won the first three matches and then he beat me the fourth (hence the God Damnit above... so frustrating!). So now I'm 10th Dan. I hosted again and Brisal played me right away (thanks for that). He beat me one more and low and behold I demoted to 9th Dan because it remembered where my meter was from a few days back.

So in two matches I go from Master, to 10th, to 9th. Yikes!!! I'll be back on tonight though! =)

At least I did Shun's wall throw for the first time yesterday in online ranking. =) It was against a Japanese player.

 

Oh shit, Calibrated I was just thinking today, this monkey looks familiar. I gotta figure out how to stop that one combo of yours. that little dinky kick is frustrating. Good games though, I'm trying to work in some juggles finally into my game but that bitch is to small =) We played what? A million times?....maybe a million and 1.

Who else did I have good matches with last night... Can't think of any lol. Was a pretty frustrating night as a whole /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif Think you were the only match that made me happy.

Oh some other Jacky I played was a fun match, and some ABEZAKI*(SP?, I'll have to check later). His Aoi and Kage were fun to play, but made me realize how hard it is to block lows on reaction haha.

You were definitely catching on to my Eileen tricks about midway into the session -- that is fantastic, as I don't want to rely on "parlor trick" play. Players who don't let me flip flip flip or stagger stagger stagger for the win help me to grow and develop a more complete game. Your Akira is coming along very nicely, let's play again soon.
