Good Games Thread

wolf's raw stance only deflects mid and high single fist striking attacks and simple elbow attacks. it cannot deflect any kicks, low attacks, double handed attacks, aerial attacks, or any move that can launch or knockdown.

 

I really only use Akira, I tried learning Eileen for a lil bit a long while ago, but it's been so long I forgot any combos I knew with her. Ima pick her back up again sometime though and maybe try out some other people too.

As far as the story of my name goes, nah. I was just thinking of a way to spell "future" since it was already taken. So thinking of words that had (or sounded like) that "fee-you" or "few" sound to em, the word "beautiful" popped in my head since the "eau" has the "ew" "ee-you" sound to it. So just throw the "f" in front of the "eau" and it sounds like "few", and the way I say future sounds more like "cha" rather than "ture". And that's how I came up with my name.

 

Hadn't played anybody yesterday, and probably won't be back 'till late this evening so the only gg's i'm gonna post is to JinxHand's old-school NES avatar. You rock the Fire Pro any?

I have a custom stick and I set the buttons the same way as an arcade setup.

Does anyone have problems where your controls are defaulted when your not hosting?

It only works when I'm hosting. It's driving me crazy!

Yeah I've been through that before. Not fun. I was using Lei Fei ,it was my first ever match online and I found one of my VF buddies. He thought I was spamming cuz I was kicking and doing this weird shit I don't normally do.

While I'm here great games to SSuddenDDeath last night, how do you do a thumbs up dno (just imagine theres one right here) really respectable non-abare matches It felt like the proper way to play VF and I really enjoyed it.

your Eileen was just too much for me, you were moving so damn fast I kept trying to go into flamingo mix-ups in an attempt to apply pressure and slow you down but it didn't seem to phase you at all.

CF WhiteWorm- Thanks, and real fun stuff session man, it was pretty crazy. And I know what you mean bout jaw dropping hits that shouldn't hit lol, that stuff happens so much in this game, especially with throws. I can see if you throw a piece of your body out to get hit, but when you're backing up or just standing there and you get hit or thrown by something that's obviously out of range, can't help but to say " If that aint bs I don't know what is" lol. I can't even count the amount of times i've been hit by things like that or have the opponent magicly slide in for a throw. But I guess if it wasn't like that half of Akira's combos wouldn't work hahah, they still need to do something bout them throws though. Enough ranting by me, great games man lookin foward to more.

MP Lupin- session was great. And it's cool man, I know games randomly disconnect like that sometimes, it just happens. And i've had the same thing where I couldn't send messages either so I know what you mean. Anyways don't even worry bout it at all bro. Anyways, i've been thinking bout picking up Sarah and trying her out, so ima step in your world for a minute, maybe we can have some mirror matches and you can teach me the 1's n 2's by hitting me with em /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif won't be for a good while though, I at least wanna know her moves first.
