Meh games to shinobifist. Im not posting this in the bad games thread because they werent bad games. Asside from my stick not working properly anymore(fucking ex2 sticks) Your consistant mashing of Sidestep p+k with wolf and low punching got really old and really dumb. So dont take offense to when i say i really got tired of it and i left because i wasnt going to keep boring myself with you doing that. I dont know what the difference is today but i normally have fun playing you. Today wasnt the day for that -_-;

 

so many aois on the rise (now we need more brads/gohs)... i need to start practicing again...

 

hahaha now i understand your message. Actually I wasn't talking to Bauer this time. My mic doesn't work. I can't hear people in the ear piece when they speak, but they can hear me if I speak. Sure I could put the sound through speaker, but I am not on a tv since I don't own one anymore. I use a projector as my tv and my project can only do 480P. So I am playing VF on my CPU monitor with so so speakers. VF sounds bad as it is coming through these speakers, I just don't think I could deal with people voices on top of that. LOL I tried it a few times and didn't like it, because most people tend to talk away from their mic, so it makes it hard to heard them. So I am constantly going "huh?" or "I'm sorry could you repeat that?" or "WHAT?". I must have did this to Shinn Akira probably every time we played. I am sure the poor guy was like "man open your fucking ears!" LMAO. Looks like I have to grab a headset soon.

Although I keep thinking I need to practice against Lei-Fei - I'm starting to realise that no matter how many times I fight him, it's not possible to learn how to overcome his inane offensive 'dance'. After-all, it's not possible to 'learn how to become lucky'. All he does is put you in a situation where you have to guess whether to stand, crouch or attack (at the speed of light) and he always comes out on top. I tried loads of different approaches and everything seemed pointless.

I wonder if there's a reason why he has dozens of moves that no one seems to touch? Doku and Koko mixes is all he really needs to slaughter anyone.

I'm not moaning at you Rinpoo, all Lei's are basically the same thing and I will never understand why Sega felt the need to make him so powerful. Like he needs haishiki- charge P+K (that can't be beat by anything other than a PERFECTLY timed escape) for a start. He has more than enough without a 50% life drainer that is almost completely safe... Plus he needs an auto-reversal for any punch attack....

Sorry for the frustrated rant but I've had enough of Lei-Fei (I only managed 2 wins out of about 7 or 8).

I'm can't count how many times I've heard people say they need help or more practice against Lei-Fei. Keeping up with him is almost impossible against a decent Lei player.

Good games like always JHow77. We both had some big win streaks going on there. It's like we each get on a roll and the other can't seem to get a win in, no matter how close it is. When you were on your win streaks, it would come down to the last round and I just couldn't pull off the win. Then when I had my win streak, I noticed I would get a ton of lucky hits or ring outs to win the match, even though I had no life left. Too funny.

Yeah, looks my my ISP suck now, I tried calling them today and got a message that their call volume was overwhelming and the machine said call back later and Promply hung up...Maybe I dont suck...yet to be determined. I thought Fiber Optics would be great.

playing vf5 online is addictive and fun gamertag vf5395 6th dan everyone regardless of rank sure were tough

 

I think you could of handled this a little bit better if you talked to the person during the session rather than semi-roasting them online. Wolf's sidestep can be broke 100%, ducked-2p-throw, and even thrown before he throws you since it's a catch throw. For low p it can be delt many ways and if your hit checking properly and it's still not working then it might be a lag issue. Some ways to deal with low p at -5 could be a backdash mid kick, elbow, reverse, evade attack etc. These situations are always going to haunt you online due to a 3-4 frame latency between connections, but you probably already know this. Having addressed that, I might be as bold to say one of the problems I think is that when your feeling the need to leave the match you might want to reconsider and ask the person if he or she understands what they are doing. It might seem most of the time that they won't listen unless you physically show them it can be punished, but you never know until you ask. Dosen't hurt to try, yes? Anyway, please take my words with a grain of salt.

Good games to Gentleman Thief, Democritus, and most of all Blahzie who is a Master at the moment. Sorry, I always join your session but often you are the best guy in my hemisphere playing.

 

Good Games to Trickyviper, good fights. . .sorry I switched from Akira but my hands no longer felt like doing moves and buffers like crazy.

 

I had a blast playing tonight. Fly Gamer rocked my like 11-15 matches in a row with his Aoi. I came close a few times but he was just too good for me. Hopefully I learned a few things but it felt like I got worse as the matches piled up.

Great games also to DaSuperFunk, we had some good Jacky v Lion stuff going.

thanks ninjacw, yeah i can imagine buffering can get annoying after a while. I've been watching the replays from online and am noticing a 3 or so frame delay in my retaliation. If I can close that gap of frames I should start to do better, that's the only glaring problem I can see easily everything else seems to step from that problem. Explains why i'm so shitty at delays.

For every five p,p,p spamming 8th kyu eileen players there's always one good player I look forward to getting handled by, and you're on that list. (No offense to p,p,p spamming 8th kyu eileen players, heh)

Gentlemen (and ladies). Just got here so I'm relatively new to VFDC. More than likely those of you who've posted on SRK have seen me. I've more than likely fought the majority of you in here so I won't give out specific GG's until the next time I post since there are too many for me to give out. Also I'd like to apologize if some of my matches lag. I normally have a wireless unless I'm over using my friend's Time Warner.
