Northern California VF Thread!!

Cool folks, looking forward to lagging it up with you that night, all the way from SoCal.

 

Oh good there is life in this thread again!

I was thinking that we could have some kind of NorCal vs. SoCal battle online. 5 on 5 or perhaps whatever vs whatever, since there probably won't be exactly 5 on either side. We'd have conference calling set up or something so we can yell at each other while playing, and also to make sure it's set up correctly, and so on.

 

If connections are good we can try 2v2 Team Battle ala Battle for Socal gatherings.

Alot more info will be added to the Event thread once i get some time with the 360 version

 

Hey guys read my idea on the tourney for the SOCAL Event on the 3rd. Let me know what you think by posting on that thread

 

there's a sjsu tourney on the third, re-sched please

 

it should end pretty early if it starts at 2:30pm. i don't think many would go for games like melty blood, slash, kof.

most of the 3s/cvs2/t5dr players would be dead from going to keystone the night before. probably marvel would have the best tournout.

 

they're all going, trust me

 

yo i'm gonna have to cancel for this saturday. i got some family stuff i need to take care of but sunday might be ok if anybody is interested.

i'm about an hour from stockton and will probably have a get together this weekend again.

i live in danville which would be like taking 99 to 580 south then head 680 towards sacramento. probably like 4 exits once you get to 680 if you were wondering.

but yeah, vf5 at my house this saturday if anybody cared.

mid december is no good for me since ncr is on the 8th and the 15th is my godson's birthday and 16th is my sister's birthday. 22-23rd i'm gonna be in socal for a wedding.

maybe the 9th which is a sunday or a friday somewhere.

what about ktallguy? i heard he had something going on a week or so ago. i'd be down to bring the 360 and some sticks some day or anywhere else for that matter.

plus that tourney in modesto is coming up. who's all planning to go to that? entrance fee is kind of steep though.

Is that one the one with DOA and VF and something else? We'll be gone from Nov. 28th - Dec. 17th.

 

The Modesto tourney is in the middle of January. Hopefully I will have settled on a character by then. I hope it's El Blaze because I love hot dogs with extra cheese!
