Crap, man... yallz shoulda called me or something. I didn't check the forums that day, cuz I talked to Jay and he told me it wasn't goin down. When's the next one? I'm gonna make sure I practice a lot offline before I come. I played a couple hrs of quest mode yesterday, then went to online play, and it felt like two completely different games. =( Needless to say, I got beat up until I got used to online again. Geez... almost discouraged me from even wanting to play online anymore.

 

Yeah, by the time I checked it was too late too. I can never get enough offline VF...

DubC, if you feel bad getting beaten up online...feel free to beat me up online. Great stress relief (and the connection should be good)

I'm confirmed for going down too. Yo Jay man, come down with your car and we can split a room or something. Actually, crap, if you drive, I might be willing to split gas. You gotta let me know quick though, or else I'm just gonna buy my plane ticket (leaving Thursday after work, coming back Sunday).

 

i won't know till about 2 weeks before if i'm gonna be able to go to socal or not so you should just go ahead and make your arrangements dubc.

dunno about gatherings either since i'm gonna be real busy the next couple of weeks.

 

I'd rather write my papers (due around that time) than go to the taint of California.

Well, if anyone wants to play, I'm down for this weekend.

 

I haven't been playing a lot, mostly because of Brawl and some people I know importing it from Japan. But I have kept up a little though I dunno how good my Lei-Fei is.

My Rey Mysterio, however, is MUCH better than Jay's. It may not win as much, but it's WAY more fun to watch/play.

As for this weekend, tomorrow (Sunday) is totally free for me.
