Watching one of the Onsen Batsu games at the moment.

 

I am pretty sure it's the latter. They weren't told much which explains how shitty those movies were story-wise and performance-wise.

Yeah, i've seen numerous interviews with Ewan McGregor about the movies and basically every scene he was slapped in front of a green screen with little info about what he was doing and Lucas didn't even bother to give him an idea about how the scene was supposed to be set up.

 

I remember Terence Stamp, who had a small role as the previous chancellor before Palpatine in episode 1, describe his role as "Apparently I was the president of the galaxy or something". Doesn't sound like they knew much about their roles really.

Since old republic MMO is here, Ive been delving myself in star wars lore. Until my PC parts arrive and I can actually play it, I havent had much else to do. I tried to watch episode 3. Good god.
