Tekken 6 sucks?

The problem is that Squall spent the entire FF8 doing just that /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

What's even worse i liked that game too /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif

 

FFVII was real good. With those gems you could put in your weapons and combine in some crazy ways. I thought that was the game that made Cloud famous? I'm not sure though.

FF Tactics is still one of my favorite games of all time. That's an awesome PS1 game right there! FFT paved the way for some really great SRPG games after that too.

 

That's not how I found it. I enjoyed what I saw of VF3 but the 1st time I saw 2 high level VF players in VF4 (on the PS2 replays) I was really impressed. The speed, movement, animation, mixups and combos all looked really good and that's what encouraged me to stick with VF.

I used to like Tekken but haven't since Tekken Tag. I find Tekken 6 mostly very boring to watch as combos happen too frequently and go on for far too long. In the last 2 Tekken games they've toned down movement and increased combo length.

 

It would've been much easier to redo most (if not all) of the animations.

It already is out on PS3. The arcade hardware is ps3.
Either way those screen shots are pretty bad not even at the right res..

screens of tekken always look like shit fsr ever since 4. i wouldnt worry about it, people say it looks great in person and will probably look great when you see the actual game in motion.

 

I'm glad you found it to be different but we're talking about all those people who don't play vf and decide to play other games cuz "VF looks boring". There are a hell of a lot more of them than there are of us just look at sales.

Personally I prefer VF, but also play Tekken 5DR, SSF2THDR (it's a long name even without the full words), Mortal Kombat (old 2D ones, though I tried MKvsDC), eventually I can play SC, as well as DoA, or even Shadow Fighter on Amiga /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif A true fighting games fan doesn't bitch about graphics in a game... give it a break /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
