Trouble with 360 Ver

well at this point.. i dont see a point in buying a stick.

My inputs do nothing online.. I cant block, i cant dodge, counter, or throw.. People just beat on me like im standing still with huge strings that i can't do anything to escape? is that just the lag.. or is everyone like 100x better than me online?

Im 0-18.. :-(

 

since testing the game for like 3 months with a pad, I'm pretty used to the pad now, lol. Although I can still play with stick if needed cos I play the PS3 version every now and then and I got the stick for that.

My advice is the same as others. Get a stick and relearn from there.

 

I'm still learning with the stick too. At first the idea of using it seemed daunting, especially without "macro" (using 1 button for a double input command like /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif) - but I think it's starting to pay off. With sticking to the classic 3 VF control of /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, and forcing myself to put all commands through only those 3 buttons, i'm hoping that if nothing else I can transfer those skills and the timing to a proper VF arcade if I ever encounter one in the future.
